- Remove the old sealing ring and overpressure plug.
- Clean the seal ring groove and overpressure plug hole thoroughly.
Sealing Ring Installation:
- Place the cleaned sealing ring under the stopper and lock pin.
- Ensure it sits securely at the inner edge of the cover.
Overpressure Plug Installation:
- Insert the overpressure plug by pushing the side of the plug into the opening from the bottom of the cover.
Final Check:
- Open and close the lid several times to verify proper seating and functioning.
