- Clean the seal ring groove and overpressure plug hole thoroughly.
- Sealing Ring Installation:
- Place the cleaned sealing ring under the stopper and lock pin, ensuring it sits securely at the inner edge of the cover.
- Overpressure Plug Installation:
- Insert the overpressure plug by pushing the side of the plug from the bottom of the cover into the opening.
- Final Check:
- Open and close the lid several times to verify that the sealing ring is properly seated and functioning.
